October 1, 2007 - Sheboygan Falls, WI – Elm Park Farms, Ltd. of Sheboygan Falls, announces the first sale in a late season sale series, the 2007 Elm Park Red Roundup, featuring Intrigue’s milking herd dispersal – the Gene Schmidt family of Kensington, Minnesota. The sale will take place on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Cow Palace Sale’s Arena in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

This sale will feature approximately 130 lots, a variety of deep pedigreed females including milking first lactation heifers and cows, 30 heifers of all ages, embryo packages from the finest Red & White and Red Carrier cows and 5 service age Red & White bulls. With the opening of the Canadian boarder, there is also the possibility there will be a select group of milking or close-up heifers from Canada!

Intrigue Holsteins has developed many Excellent cows over the year’s focusing on Red & White and deep cow families. The sale will also include 60 of Intrigue’s finest milking cows and close-up heifers.
